New Group Fitness Timetable now available online
Effective Monday, 13th March, 2017 we have a new Group Fitness Timetable which can be viewed, downloaded and printed by CLICKING HERE. *PLEASE NOTE THAT FROM WED 19TH APRIL, DUE TO A CHANGE IN INSTRUCTOR AVAILABILITY, PILATES REFORMER CLASSES WILL ONLY RUN AT 6:05PM ON THURSDAY EACH WEEK UNTIL THE END OF MAY. The 7:10pm Monday, 7:10pm Wednesday & 9:20am Saturday Pilates Reformer classes which appear on the current printed timetables will not run during this period.
There are two exciting new classes to check out which are seriously geared towards getting results:
BOXING (30) is a 30-minute express training workout exclusive to Eagle Stadium. With the use of upright boxing bags, there is no partner required.
And for a super calorie burner SPRINT is a 30-minute High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) workout, using an indoor bike to achieve fast results.
If you've never had a go at a Group Fitness Class before now is the time! It's a great way to make friends and also to challenge yourself with a variety of fun workouts.
