PILATES REFORMER is a full body workout using spring loaded resistance conducted on the Pilates Reformer. Tones arms, legs and abdominals and improves posture and flexibility. Lengthens and strengthens muscles without building bulk. Adjustable springs allow for all levels of ability.
Simply collect your Pilates Reformer card at the AquaPulse Service Desk and when you attend five 30 or 60 minute Pilates Reformer classes you'll receive your 6th class free.

Pilates Reformer classes will run at the following times:
Monday 6.05pm - 60-minute class
Wednesday 10.10am - 30-minute class
Wednesday 6.30pm - 60-minute class
Thursday 7.10pm - 60-minute class
Friday 6.10am - 30-minute class
Saturday 10.15am - 60-minute class
