WHAT’S NEW IN GROUP FITNESS:

PRE + POST NATAL PILATES: This class focuses on pelvic floor and back strengthening. It will encourage postural improvement and flexibility with the use of safe exercise techniques. 

*Please ensure you have been given the appropriate medical clearance before participating in this class.

**Also suitable for those NOT pre/post natal.

PRE + POST NATAL PILATES WILL BE HELD IN THE MAIN STUDIO AT AQUAPULSE AT 11AM ON WEDNESDAYS

POWER YOGA: A powerful Yoga class which improves strength, endurance, flexibility and breathing. You will finish each class feeling powerful yet relaxed. 

POWER YOGA WILL BE HELD IN THE MAIN STUDIO AT AQUAPULSE AT 10:30AM ON SATURDAYS

BOXCORE CIRCUIT: A high-intensity boxing circuit incorporating a range of strength, toning and stability movements. A class for all fitness levels. 

BOXCORE CIRCUIT WILL BE HELD IN THE MAIN STUDIO AT AQUAPULSE AT 6:05PM ON FRIDAYS

PLEASE NOTE THAT THE WYNACTIVE RUNNING GROUP WILL BE TAKING A BREAK OVER THE WINTER MONTHS AND WE WILL RESUME OUR REGULAR TUESDAY MORNING WALK/RUN WHEN THE WARMER MONTHS ARRIVE!
