I never enjoyed exercise as a young kid and would make every excuse you could think of to avoid it, but now it's become a part of my life that I love. Knowing the mindset of someone who avoids exercise puts me in a great position to help others with their fitness goals and it makes me so proud to see people trying. It's these same people who inspire me to get in the gym every day. I'm studying Clinical Exercise Science at uni - I love all things science - and my favourite topic is rehabilitation. Being a foodie I also love to learn about nutrition. That being said, I have a major coffee addiction - I can't function without one - and I absolutely love burgers... enough said. Before science and exercise came into my life, I played the piano and have played for the last ten years. I'm obsessed with animals and I also love to travel. If I could I would travel the world tomorrow. I love spending quality time with my family and one of my goals is to compete in powerlifting some day.
Fitness has and always will be a massive part of my life. Growing up I played multiple sports, however football (soccer) was the sport I continued to pursue and is something that I am very passionate about both on and off the field. I studied a Bachelor of Exercise Science & Human Movement/Bachelor of Sport & Recreation Management where I learnt the majority of my theoretical trade. My first year out of University I completed an internship as an assistant Strength & Conditioning coach with FC11, which allowed me to gain accreditation to become an ASCA (Australian Strength & Conditioning Association) S&C coach. Outside of the gym, I enjoy playing football, watching live music and tasting different beers! I enjoy building relationships with clients and I get a buzz out of helping clients achieve their goals and change their lifestyle. Whether you're on a weight loss journey or a young aspiring athlete, I will commit to getting you where you want to be.
