PILATES REFORMER* is a full body workout using spring-loaded resistance conducted on the Pilates Reformer. Tones arms, legs and abdominals and improves posture and flexibility. Lengthens and strengthens muscles without building bulk. Adjustable springs allow for all levels of ability.

New to this timetable are our 10-minute CONNECT classes: CONNECT sessions are 10-minute education workshops preceding class programs such as Body Pump, Metafit Power, Body Step, FX FIT and Pilates Reformer. These sessions will provide an opportunity to trial movements with instructional coaching, resulting in safer, effective & efficient training – increased enjoyment and fabulous results!
