A full body workout using the Pilates Reformer.

PILATES REFORMER* is a full body workout using spring-loaded resistance conducted on the Pilates Reformer. Tones arms, legs and abdominals and improves posture and flexibility. Lengthens and strengthens muscles without building bulk. Adjustable springs allow for all levels of ability.

New to the Autumn Group Fitness Timetable are our 10-minute CONNECT sessions: CONNECT sessions are 10-minute education workshops preceding class programs such as Body Pump, Metafit Power, Body Step, FX FIT and Pilates Reformer.

These sessions, which are offered free of charge to members and guests, will provide an opportunity to trial movements with instructional coaching, resulting in safer, effective & efficient training – increased enjoyment and fabulous results.

These sessions are a great way to gain confidence, improve your technique and maximise your results while connecting with your class instructor.

Reformer Connect Times:

Tuesday 5:15pm - 10-minute class with Wayne

Wednesday 9:55am - 10-minute class with Anja

Also new from Saturday 24th March, the first day of the new Autumn Group Fitness Timetable, you can call AquaPulse up to 2 hours ahead of a Pilates Reformer class and book your spot via credit card.

Telephone bookings close 20 minutes before the class starts (please note that we are unable to offer refunds if you do not arrive to attend).

Simply collect your Pilates Reformer Reward Card at the AquaPulse Service Desk and when you attend 5 x 30-minute or 5 x 55-minute Pilates Reformer classes you'll receive your 6th class free.
