PILATES REFORMER* is a full body workout using spring loaded resistance conducted on the Pilates Reformer. Tones arms, legs and abdominals and improves posture and flexibility. Lengthens and strengthens muscles without building bulk. Adjustable springs allow for all levels of ability.

*PLEASE NOTE THAT FROM WED 19TH APRIL, DUE TO A CHANGE IN INSTRUCTOR AVAILABILITY, PILATES REFORMER CLASSES WILL ONLY RUN AT 6:05PM ON THURSDAY EACH WEEK UNTIL THE END OF MAY. The 7:10pm Monday, 7:10pm Wednesday & 9:20am Saturday Pilates Reformer classes which appear on the current printed timetables will not run during this period.
