Following HIIT principles and with the use of inclines, alternating speeds and intervals, these 30-minute express classes utilise technologically advanced Precor treadmills to provide a low impact workout with optimal results. Using one of the easiest pieces of equipment to operate, this class will strengthen and tone your calves, buttocks and quadriceps.
