A progressive strength (or resistance) training program for older people
Living Longer Living Stronger (COTA) is a progressive strength/resistance training program for older people, designed to increase strength, balance, flexibility and coordination, so helping to improve your confidence and reduce the risk of falls.

Living Longer Living Stronger COTA Sessions are held at AquaPulse on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays from 10:00am - 12:00pm and at Eagle Stadium on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 10:00am - 12:00pm.
