A progressive strength (or resistance) training program for older people

Exercise for over 50's

Living Longer Living Stronger (COTA) is a progressive strength/resistance training program for older people, designed to increase strength, balance, flexibility and coordination, so helping to improve your confidence and reduce the risk of falls.

Living Longer Living Stronger is:

  • delivered in a safe and welcoming environment with older people
  • tailored to your individual needs and goals
  • offered at regular time slots each week
  • supervised by skilled, qualified instructors
Living Longer Living Stronger COTA Sessions

Living Longer Living Stronger COTA Sessions are held at AquaPulse on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays from 10:00am - 12:00pm and at Eagle Stadium on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 10:00am - 12:00pm.

Session Prices
  • $30 for an initial consultation (WynActive non-members)
  • $6 per session (WynActive non-members)
