PRE + POST NATAL PILATES

This class focuses on pelvic floor and back strengthening.

PRE + POST NATAL PILATES: This class focuses on pelvic floor and back strengthening. It will encourage postural improvement and flexibility with the use of safe exercise techniques. 
**Please ensure you have been given the appropriate medical clearance before participating in this class. **Also suitable for those NOT pre/post natal.

Please note that as of Wednesday, 17th July, PRE + POST NATAL PILATES classes at AquaPulse will be 60mins (instead of 45).
 
The 1hr class will consist of the following:
• 45mins of pre + post-natal pilates
• 15mins of breathing, pelvic floors and engaging with the baby in utero
 
Please note that this class has been designed specifically for those who are pre and post-natal, although you are welcome to stay and enjoy the class if you are not.
 
The final 15 minutes of the class will be for the new and expectant mothers to focus on their breathing, pelvic floors and pregnancy-specific work.
