Strength for Life (COTA)

Strength for Life (COTA) is a progressive strength/resistance training program for over 50’s, designed to increase strength, balance, flexibility and coordination, so helping to improve your confidence and reduce the risk of falls.

Strength for Life is:

  • delivered in a safe and welcoming environment with people of similar age
  • tailored to your individual needs and goals
  • offered at regular time slots each week
  • supervised by skilled, qualified instructors
