Living Longer Living Stronger (COTA)
EXERCISE FOR OVER 50S
Living Longer Living Stronger (COTA) is a progressive strength/resistance training program for over 50’s, designed to increase strength, balance, flexibility and coordination, so helping to improve your confidence and reduce the risk of falls.
Participants receive access to our gym facilities, along with assistance from our Health and Fitness coaches during the session times specified below.
Living Longer Living Stronger is:
- delivered in a safe and welcoming environment with people of similar age
- tailored to your individual needs and goals
- offered at regular time slots each week
- supervised by skilled, qualified instructors
