What is Group Fitness?

Group fitness encompasses any and all forms of fitness that is done in a group setting, led by a group fitness instructor. You can now find group fitness classes of nearly any kind, both cardio and strength based.
*Please note: Classes are subject to change and at times we may need to cancel or change our Group Fitness classes at short notice. Please stay updated by checking our Live timetable regularly.
