PARTY ROOM HIRE

Celebrate your child’s special day at AquaPulse! Children and parents alike can enjoy hours of exciting and interactive fun in our wonderful indoor family-friendly water play areas
Our party room is located near the Splash Park. This space can accommodate up to 20 people (inclusive of adults and children), providing plenty of room for all your little guests.
Cost of Party Room Hire for up to 20 guests is $324.
Additional guests will need to pay casual Aquatic entry when you arrive at AquaPulse. Casual prices can be found here.
Catering for your special event is available through our café or you can bring your own homemade food and non-alcoholic drinks to create the perfect party experience.

Party Room bookings are available on Saturday and Sunday during the school term. (Every day during school holidays). During school holidays there are additional session times available.

Frequently Asked Questions

The cost is $324 for the room hire. Full payment is required to secure your booking. The room hire package includes:
  • Room hire (2 hours)
  • 20 x guest Aquatic entry (inclusive of adults and children)
  • Tables and chairs (includes 3 tables – two set up for guests to sit and a third for food/cake/presents)
  • Hot and cold water tap and kitchen sink (No cooking equipment to be set up in the room)
On the day of your party, you will pay Casual Aquatic entry for any additional guests that are not included on your guest list of 20 people. You can pay this at our service desk on arrival. Prices can be found here

Please submit the above request form with your preferred date and session time and we will be in touch soon. Full payment is required to confirm your booking. Payment is made through our online payment portal, further information will be provided.
Yes, you may bring homemade food and non alcoholic drinks.
*Please note – we do not have fridge space available for your party food or cakes.
AquaPulse has a no commercially packed food policy so you can not bring external food into the venue such as pizza, KFC, McDonalds.
Please note that no birthday candles or sparklers are to be used in the room (as they will set off the fire alarms). Space is limited in our café fridges so we will not have space to store birthday cakes on your behalf.

No, we do not currently have an option to provide you with a party host. Please see our friendly service team on arrival to be shown to the party room.

Please note – various uncontrollable factors may lead to the closure of pools or parts of the centre, making it impossible for us to guarantee the availability of specific facilities on the day of your booking.
