Effective Monday, 15th May, 2017 we have a new Group Fitness Timetable which can be viewed, downloaded and printed by CLICKING HERE. The latest Group Fitness Timetable update includes the addition of three PILATES REFORMER classes at new timeslots, the new HIIT AQUA (30) and DEEP HIIT AQUA (30), two additional CORE classes, one of which is at AquaPulse, as well as the addition of some existing classes in new timeslots and a small number of other timetable variations. Commencing 1st May, there are two more exciting new EXPRESS (30) classes to check out:
TREAD RUNNER: Following HIIT principles and with the use of inclines, alternating speeds and intervals, these 30-minute express classes utilise technologically advanced Precor treadmills to provide a low impact workout withoptimal results. Using one of the easiest pieces of equipment to operate, this class will strengthen and tone your calves, buttocks and quadriceps. Tread Runner provides the ability to burn 500+ calories, and is recommended for all fitness levels.
CORE is a 30-minute complete core workout. A range of exercises including crunches, planks variations, oblique and glute exercises and more... This class is suitable for all fitness levels, and will complement your fitness training routine.
Also new to 2017:
BOXING CIRCUIT is a 30-minute express training workout exclusive to Eagle Stadium. With the use of upright boxing bags, there is no partner required.
And for a super calorie burner SPRINT is a 30-minute High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) workout, using an indoor bike to achieve fast results.
Group fitness classes are available to both members and casual users, however Members have priority to attend classes. You are able to attend and collect a ticket up to 2hrs prior to class commencement from either reception or the class kiosk.
